Description

Tyranid Tyrannofex Big Space Bug from War Hammer 40k.

My print profile is optimized for Bambulab A1 / A1 MINI with 0.2 mm nozzle and Bambulab matte PLA.

BE CAREFUL REMOVING SUPPORTS AROUND THE LEGS AS THEY ARE THIN. The parts are already best oriented.

This is how I post process my 3D printed models:

I remove all the supports with the help of pliers and a hobby knife, I also use the hobby knife to cut and smooth the areas in contact with the supports if needed.
Then I quickly burn all the model with a lighter to remove strings and help smooth out the ares that were in contact with the supports.
After that I give the model a nice coat with a can of plastic primer and paint with acrylic paints (I use citadel brand).

eSun Pla+ custom flow calibration. 0.2mm, 0.008mm. 67hr I sliced the body to minimize support trees. Thanks, I had a lot of fun building an painting the model.

I would recommend to anyone printing this too first soak it in hot water so the supports come off extra easily, Warning only soak it for 50 seconds at a time, as any more time can make the print brittle.
