Description

Here is the tall Japanese Shoji Lantern which is fully compatible with the Bambu Lab LED Kit 001. Inspired by Japanese aesthetics, It's ideal for anyone who appreciates traditional Japanese design, creating a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere in any space. The design is optimized for easy 3D printing and assembly, consisting of three simple pieces. This tall version stands at 180mm in height.

I love the way this looks. I added a box diffuser, printed in matte white PLA, just by adding a cube primitive, sizing it to 79 x 79 x 162.4, setting top shells to 0, 0% infill, bottom shells 3, walls 2. My only comment would be that it really needs some kind of retainer to fix the puck light in place. Maybe a screw threaded ring. There's plenty of puck based lamps on Makerworld with examples of this. But overall, I love this design. Used BL rosewood for the frame, eSun brown for panels.

Ah, I see the designer has added the diffuser as a separate 3mf, cool. I'll download that and use it on my next print. A friend saw this lamp lamp and loved it, so I'm making him a present.

Printed beautifully, scaled without a problem, and putting some brown paper on the inside of the cover made a whole softer light. Boosted!

Great print! I printed in bronze bambu PLA, and white PLA diffuser. The bambu LED kit doesn't seem to get too hot, so seemed PLA is safe to use.
