This model is for a glue detail spreader / scraper (depending on what material you print the heads out in) and is ideal for applying glue to surfaces where precision is required. It works reaally well with PVA or contact adhesive.
I t has 8 different head sizes ranging from 10mm to 80mm. The handle has a knurled finish for good grip and a threaded end. You can screw on and chage out to whatever sized head meets your needs.
I have found that any material is suitable for the handle, and PLA works good enough. It is best printed vertically so will require good bed adhesion. The included profile has a brim included. If you are using the Cool Plate SuperTack as I did, no glue or brim was required.
For the heads TPU 95A is a great choice for a glue spreader as it allows the tip of the head some flexability. PETG will also work fine but you loose out on the flexible tip. Each head has a hexagonal shaft so can be printed flat on the build plate with no supports and minimal filament. It also allows you to place the tool on a bench upside down without rolling and without the glue covered tip touching the surface.
