How it works:

This test block features three different tolerance gaps for press-fit connections:
🔹 Left (Sharp Edges) → 0.15mm Tolerance (Tighter fit)
🔹 Middle → 0.20mm Tolerance (Balanced fit)
🔹 Right (Rounded Edges) → 0.25mm Tolerance (Looser fit)

 

Each of the three test pins measures 10x20mm, allowing for a precise evaluation of press-fit tolerances across different sizes.
