What profile are you using? You can try print with outer shell first, and slow down the outer shell like 50%.

Printed flawlessly with no issues an excellent and well-balanced print. My only wish would be the option to print it as a single piece to achieve a identical texture all over. Overall, it looks amazing!

Very nice finishing. I experimented with modeling it as a single piece, but it wasn’t sturdy enough to securely hold the cards and was too prone to breaking.
