Mount for iProda 15.6" Mobile Monitor on Dell Precision 7560.
Filament used = Bambu Lab PLA Basic.
Print profile = 0.12mm Fine.
Printer used = Bambu Lab A1 Mini.
I designed this small mount to attach the iProda mobile monitor to my laptop.
The hole pattern for attaching the monitor measures 74.5mm x 74.5mm.
Thus, any monitor with this hole pattern can be attached. Naturally, please verify if the distance to the laptop monitor needs to be increased and the two mounts simply need to be correspondingly extended.
The individual parts are simply pushed together, but can of course also be glued.
The advantage of unglued components is clearly that the mount can be disassembled and the individual parts require minimal space when disassembled. In my case, the mount also fits into my laptop bag.
Both connecting pieces are fastened together with a standard M6x40mm socket head cap screw and the corresponding M6 nut (5mm thickness).
If desired, you can also use a thumb screw, eliminating the need for an Allen wrench for tightening.
The through holes in the mount are sized for M4 screws.
For fastening, I used these thumb screws with M4x10 threads.
The mount, which is attached to the laptop monitor, incorporates a cutout optimized to avoid obstructing the camera image. Furthermore, the laptop's built-in ambient light sensor remains unobstructed, allowing the camera to automatically adjust brightness. The microphones are also unimpeded, ensuring seamless functionality during video meetings.
To prevent the laptop monitor from tilting backward due to the added weight, I also developed these two supports.
These support the laptop monitor, simultaneously raising and tilting the laptop for more comfortable working.
