This is the 5th member of the Caramel MINI project. The collection of small cars is growing. They can be "only" 3D printed or equipped with 3.2 V diodes.
This is a good example of how to explain to children how the basic circuits of LEDs work. And it's not boring, children will have a glowing car at the end of the learning process.

What is CARAMEL MINI

CARAMEL MINI is electrical fully 3D printable (FDM) toy car kit, printed without supports. All you need is our data and your 3D printer and you can easily manufacture your own toy in the comfort of your home. In case some part get lost or broken, no worries – just re-print the missing or broken element and the toy is fully functional again. You just need to buy all electrical components, we do not sell or provide them.

Great, solid and very well designed print. I did have some trouble with wiring but it could be my circuitry. I was however unable to thread two wires through the same channel (bought the thinnest they had). One no problem but the second just got stuck every time I tried. Created my own channel along the outer edge so worked out fine. I do think this is one of the finest prints I have completed though. Thank you.

everything was almost perfect. printed in pla silk and pla basic from sunlu. sterring wheel needs to be trimmed in order to fit on a shaft. thats the only thing. and fitted everything on 2 plated

Its a nice print and fun to put to together. I think the only thing i dont like is the steering wheel, it looks beter on the left or right side.

WARNING!!!! when printed and assembled you might not give it to your child anymore and keep it yourself. a lovely little project with almost all printed plates without problems, for me I have had a failure when printing the body, the breakpoint every single time was directly at the back behind the doors when it goes across, ended up hitting the print of the plate, at the end it came out pretty ok and for a big kid like me, worthy of the hassle 😁
