If you do not always want the clip on the lightsaber, it is able to be removed easily and is not in the way of any functionality of the lightsaber. This lightsaber clip is also very ergonomic and comfortable when changing positions such as standing and sitting. The lightsaber will adjust to gravity and the position you are in. This clip is also made to be easily put into the holster and easy to take out.

Question, how do you get The Part from plate, one onto a light saber?

if you're talking about the cylindrical piece, you should be able to just unscrew the top part off and slide it on
