This file is perfect if you want to use your MG90S Micro Servos to make either a robotic arm or just a claw. All you need is these parts, your servo, and the screws that come with your servo. This has been printed and tested and works perfectly! There are lots of grooves along the main part of the claw to ensure that items will not slip free of the claws grip. I have many other robotic claw designs, but this one has a wider structure along with a larger grabber area, to make it much easier for the claw to pick items up!

IMPORTANT:

I have received feedback that this is not compatible with all types of micro servos. For reference, I am using a brand called Beffkkip MG90s 9g micro servos. (I get mine from amazon). The motor I used is pictured

Great fast print however today I discovered not all mg90s are the same, mine has larger shoulders making it sit incorrectly. I felt people might need to be aware of this when printing. image of mine to show what I mean. Still a very good print as long as you have the correct Mg90s

Replying to @Bam_Works :
thank you. I had a second look through amazon and it seems the cheaper options are usually like mine, so it's because I'm tight. lol.

Very clever and slim design. I designed a 3-finger-claw. I didn't know how to properly connect it, so I cut one of the arms that were delivered with the servo and glued it in. Did you put glue on the connection between the servo and the claw, or is this just pressfit?

Thanks! to connect the servo to the claw I used the screws that came with my servos. to connect the individual arm parts of the claw to the base it is just sliding the pieces in, no glue or screws.
