I hate having to load a print to find out the size. Internal dimensions = 92mm x 142mm. Nice looking box though.

Sorry. I try to provide all the important dimensions. I didn't expect such interest, I was in the process of drawing another, larger box to complete the set. I've already added the dimensions of both in the description.

Closure clips do not fit and I can't press them in. Other that it's a good print but clips not fitting makes it useless.

I would like to help somehow. Was the flap and clip printed from PETG? The flap doesn’t necessarily have to be, but the clip performs better when printed from PETG. I have printed many of these boxes, and once I happened to break a clip while inserting it.

I printed in pla. But there's just no way the clip fits it's way too big if I push it it'll break.

I will print the flap and clip from PLA today and test them. In PETG, the clips fit without any issues. The tolerance is small—the clip is only 0.2mm narrower, not counting the pins, than the spacing of the holes it needs to fit into. In the photo, the box flap is installed the other way around, but that doesn’t affect the clip in any way.

Great part, but how do I attach the closure clips?

You have to press, you can bend the container lid slightly. Out of 10 clips, 1 got damaged while pressing. I've been testing them intensively for a few days, they work well.

Can’t get the clasps inserted into the lid. Otherwise good print.
