model of the famous german WW2 fighter plane in 1:72 scale
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was a German single-seat, single-engine fighter aircraft used extensively during World War II. Designed by Kurt Tank, it first flew in 1939 and entered service in 1941. Known for its powerful BMW 801 radial engine, robust airframe, and excellent maneuverability at low to medium altitudes, the Fw 190 proved superior to many Allied fighters early in the war. It served in multiple roles, including fighter, fighter-bomber, and ground-attack aircraft. Later variants, such as the Fw 190D, improved high-altitude performance to counter Allied advancements. The Fw 190 remained a formidable opponent until the war's end in 1945.
