Corner Radius Gridfinity Bin 1x1x3U

This tool can help you find the radius of a corner within 1 - 18 mm. While still fitting in a 1x1x3U gridfinity bin size. You need 1 M3 x 16 screw and nut to hold the bin in place. There are 2 variatons. One where the top and bottom can rotate freely from each other. And the other where the top and bottom are locked to each other. 
 

The files are split up in folders

• Solid Outer
• Solid Inner
• Rotatable Outer
• Rotatable Inner

Solid ones are the one with the locked top and bottom. rotatable with the free rotation top and bottom.

I printed mine with a 0.6 mm  nozzle. But for the best result use a 0.4 mm nozzle.

Printing Tips:

• Print Gauges with 0.1 mm layer height.
• Top and bottom can be printed with 0.2 mm layer height.
• Can be printed with 0.6 mm nozzle. But 0.4 mm recommended.
• The radius gauges can be printed in 2 colors by switching color at the correct layer.
