Slider Box with optional inserts 

Print instructions

• Print box plate and lid plate
• If you're printing the no AMS version, print the colour inserts

• Take the large part and thread the flexible lid inside and around the curve
   

  

• 

• If you are using the insert, put it in now

  

• Put the smaller side on over the top ensuring the lid fits into the track

• Pop it into place (there is no going back now, it stays there!)

• If you printed the no AMS version pop in the colour accents and run your thumb along the whole part to make sure it is popped in everywhere

  

When printing the sliding lid

• Allow the bed to cool before removing, it is less than 1mm thick and will warp if still warm and won't slide properly, the tolerances for the lid are generous but small 

Extra stuff

You can design your own inserts, the space you have to play with is 100x65x56, My insert is 99.8x64.9x55.9 and it slots in and stays there
