Description

Fully modular hard disk rack. Maximum dimensions of hard disk drives must be 15cm length, 8cm width, 2.4cm height. If you download the stl version, you can modify the sizes according to your needs. I used Seagate Basic external hard drives and a classic mini pc power supply.

Hello, Could you please provide information on the power supply used and how many drives it supports?

hi the power supply is 13cm length x 5cm width x3cm height. on the power supply I recommend to put no more than 6 hard drives because it gets to high. If you need more hard drive slots you can create more and put them next to the main rack, of course avoiding reprinting the power supply base

It depends on the mini pc you use, mine supports 6 usb sockets and I don't need additional power supplies. Keep in mind that 3.5 inch hard disks can consume up to 12w while 2.5 inch hard disks can consume up to 5w. Depending on what you use, there are self-powered usb hubs. Think about how many hard disks you will use and multiply the maximum consumption (it will never be that high, but manufacturers recommend that consumption).
