Hey Everyone! So recently I was doing a Multi-Color Print and it messed up because of the nozzle wiper, I was using a Modified version of the stock one, but it was bound to fail. So I went into Fusion360 and created this nozzle Wiper.

Why choose this version over others? Its only 8.09 grams of filament, this version DOESN'T Require the screw to mount it, just slide it in and its good to go.

Also, this Nozzle Wiper is the ONLY one I have found, that uses 10 Notches of the A1 Silicone Wiper, I wanted one to utilize most of the A1 Silicone Wiper.

I printed mine in PLA, which is because, I only print PLA and PETG, meaning that usually, it won't be too hot with PLA, but for PETG, I have a Glass Riser on mine so it allows hot air to flow out. I recommend you print this in PETG/ABS/PLA+ now PETG I recommend the most.

maybe you have some different printer but my can't put inside, after i change design. cut 0.7mm from each side and now fits.

gap is 47mm , but your model is 48.5mm, also silicone platform is to close, must be 5mm more far.

The mounting screws are already there. just use the provided or appropriate hex key and unscrew, place wiper mod, screw back in like on any other mod that uses screws. guaranteed stability and not coming loose and allows for custom g-code wipe sequences to run reliability due to lack of play. Kind of like how the screws to hold the provided spool holder on the back already has it's screws there. I had actually been in the market for a model exactly like this one, mounting hardware free, until I realized the hardware was there to begin with

I see what you mean now, I just decided not to use screws on this, if you want I can make a version where the screw wholes align, as of right now, I am running a the wiper printed in pla and no screws to see how long it lasts to show you guys. Also, some people such as myself find that it fits perfectly in there without any needed screws.

Printed and installed it. Works great except that on my X1C after the first layer inspection the hotend doesn't go back exactly above the chute but above the wiper where it extrudes a bit before restarting the print. Is there a fix to this pb ?

Yes I understand that the mod doesn't modify gcode but maybe there is a quick gcode mod to make in the settings to prevent this small issue ?

Depending on your settings it might be because of brim, purge tower, speed, purge etc. So I'm honestly not sure if there is anything to fix it.
