This model is a replacement case for your Sandisk Cruzer Blade 32gb drive, I'm using a 32gb chip but I'm not sure if it will work for the other sizes but I'd be keen to see if it did?
This USB is about $7 and if you pry open both cases you can pull out the chip which then slides into the middle part of this usb case. It takes its inspiration from the CAT keyring as seen in the photos, link is here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/926800-caterpillar-key-chain#profileId-889902 I really liked this model and had to create a USB for a school project so I thought I'd base it off that. The actual USB fits really well into your computer and shouldn't be a hard print for anyone, I used a BambuLab A1 for mine and you could always add customisation to the bottom of one of the pieces as seen in the pictures above. The whole print only takes about 20min and doesn't require any special settings however I recommend using multiple colours! The last picture is of a smaller USB design for the same chip, its on my profile and the link is here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1183821-simple-sandisk-usb-replacement-case#profileId-1194473
