My company's main business involves this robot competition project, but there are no wheel model files in the current open-source materials, and online small car wheels are difficult to select, so I directly modeled them myself.
The wheel shaft hole is D-shaped, suitable for the D-shaft of the gearbox motor in this kit.
It has a top screw hole, using an m2*6 or longer screw for fixing. (In my actual use, it's already very stable without the top screw).
Suitable for the belt pulley components required by Xuanzhi's Hei Chuzi model.
O-ring, specifications: outer diameter φ35mm, inner diameter φ32mm, wire diameter φ1.5mm.
Using 4~5 can achieve good anti-slip and drive effect.
Angler's silicone ring, originally used for grip, we choose a φ30mm diameter and 10mm width silicone ring, stretching it slightly before putting it on fits perfectly.
