Description

The Lift BOX V1 is a hydraulically based manual lifter featuring eight adjustable lock positions. Currently, it supports small monitors, tablets, small laptops, and other lightweight items.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Moving Supports and Middle Tube

1. Gather all moving supports, the middle tube (which is shorter than the others), and the two stoppers with the thinner base.

2. Insert the middle tube through the central hole of all supports.

3. Secure the tube by gluing the two stoppers at both ends.

Step 2: Assembling the Base Structure

1. Place all components, including the sliding rectangular part, inside the bottom base.

2. Insert the front and back tubes through all the corresponding holes. (Note: All four tubes are the same length.)

3. Add the stoppers on the front and back tubes.

Step 3: Ensuring Mechanical Functionality

1. The mechanical system should now be operational. Test it by sliding the two front stoppers to the back.
2. Return the slide to its original position.
3. Place the top base over the structure, aligning it with the tubes.
4. Insert the last four stoppers through the tubes and glue them securely.

Step 4: Final Adjustments

1. Slide the lift to your desired position.
2. Secure it in place by adding the lock.

(AT THIS POINT IF THE MECHANISM IS WORKING YOU CAN GLUE ALL STOPPERS)

Your assembly is now complete!
