[3DP RNS] Worker V1.0 (3D Printed Robot)

  • Series : 2 Legs / Humanoid Type [Youtube Video]
  • This Is an all at once print. Assembly not required :)
  • If you subscribe to the YouTube channel [3DP RNS], ★ a new robot will be revealed.
  • Thank you for your subscribing! It means a lot to me :)
  • Commercial License [Patreon]

※ Notice
For my uploaded robot model to enable all joints to move, it's advisable to use a Brim.
If removing Brim is inconvenient or challenging, I don't recommend printing it.
Also, joint functionality may vary depending on the printer and filament you use.
I hope your print is successful and you can have a robot with well-functioning joints.

Great model, lots of fun to play with! I liked it so much that I made my own weapons that are compatible with the Worker figure. You can find the model here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/393534#profileId-294679

The worker has become a soldier! You've created a cool weapon for the robot with the concept of a hexagon. Well done! Thanks for the photo, comment, and printing.

First time trying out multi-color print with my AMS lite. Aside from the massive amount of filament waste, i’m super impressed with the tolerances on these joints. I printed one out earlier in single color and was able to get all joints to work. For this colored piece, the head and hand joints are super fused. I might need to use some pliers to see if I can gently crack the connection to get them to move.

Could you share some printing tips? I've made several, and some of the joints with degrees of freedom are not moving well

I printed three different scales: 1:1, 1:1.18, and 1:1.2. All of them only have movable ball-joint heads, the rest of the joints are stuck. T_T

Thank you for printing. The effect is fantastic! Although slightly cumbersome, have you considered trying to print with a brim? If you wish to print without a brim, try reducing the printing speed.

Material issue, I switched to a different brand of PLA filament and it doesn't stick anymore! Thanks to the author for designing such a fun humanoid robot!

The parts are very closely spaced, making the printing conditions quite demanding. I am truly delighted that it's printing smoothly now!

've subscribed to both of your YT channels. I think this model should also print fine without the brims on my P1S because some of them were quite hard to remove. I'll give it a try some other day, printers are busy with another project... Please keep up your great work!

Thank you for the photo, comment, and print! Did the robot's joints feel loose right after printing? Did they become loose while in operation? Wear and tear can cause them to become loose over time during operation.

Die kleinen Roboter sind einfach niedlich. Der Druck funktioniert fast immer, mit PLA Silk ließen die Gelenke sich nicht bewegen. Aber alles in Allem starke kreation.

Wow, you've printed a lot of Worker robots! The colors are also diverse. The large robot in the last picture catches my eye too. Thank you for the photo and comments! If you subscribe to my YouTube channel, it would mean a lot to me and give me more motivation :)

Is the body color purple? Blue? It's like a color in between. It's very captivating. The yellow accent color also complements it well and looks beautiful. Thank you for printing!
