For today's #3DPrintmas model, I present a katana. My wife required a miniature katana for a wedding cake her business was creating, prompting me to model a life-size katana in Fusion 360, sketching the outline from an image. I then sectioned it into three components and scaled it to its final dimensions.

Following the print, my wife assembled and painted the pieces, subsequently inserting it into a cake—a most satisfying endeavor. The video includes footage of the cake.

The provided file is a half-scale katana. To achieve life-size proportions, increase the scale by 200%. For the katana depicted, I scaled the three components by 200% along the X and Y axes, leaving the Z axis unaltered.
