Description

Stabilizing Base for Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener

Enhance your sharpening experience with this custom-designed stabilizing base for the Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener. Engineered for improved stability and precision, this base minimizes flex and ensures a more consistent sharpening angle with every stroke.

Key Features:

🔹 Sliding V-Clamp Support – Reduces flex in the v-clamp block for improved angle consistency. The support sits in a channel, allowing you to slide it out of the way when rotating the blade 180°.

🔹 Secure Base Mounting – The Work Sharp Precision Adjust base fits snugly in a dedicated compartment and is locked in place using four threaded bolts for maximum stability.

🔹 Convenient Storage Tray – A small integrated tray provides a handy space to keep screws, sharpening accessories, or small tools within reach while you work.

🔹 Workbench Mounting Compatibility – Designed with nine mounting holes, allowing you to securely fasten the base to your workbench for even greater stability during sharpening sessions.

Built for both casual users and serious knife enthusiasts, this stabilizing base is a must-have upgrade for anyone looking to take their sharpening precision to the next level. 🔪✨

lower edges always warp up in the beginning of the print. the rounded corners need some sort of support. Tried Flipping this flat on a p1s (which fits) and reduces the print time from 16hrs to 10hrs. but the speed or something went wrong during the flat print and was having the material bunch up and pit, or ball up. Trying vertical again to see if I can get it past the rounded first sections on the main plate.

Thanks for the feedback, and I’m glad it worked better the second time! I have the P1S as well, and also had issues printing flat. I typically bump my bed temp up 5° or so to help keep any corners from lifting. I’m sorry for the trouble the first time around!

Everything printed great. Haven't been able to try it out yet but it should definitely help.
