Satisfactory 15oz FICSIT Mug Display!

Showcase your FICSIT mug or any favorite mug (up to 100mm in diameter) with pride in your office or kitchen.

This display includes a removable coaster, allowing your mug to effortlessly transition from a stylish decorative piece to a functional coaster for your desk.

Ideal for those with a Satisfactory or Factorio obsession, like myself, or anyone who appreciates a construction-inspired aesthetic!

If you wish to purchase this printed model please see this etsy link

Design Features:

  • The base, nuts and coaster can all be printed separately, this allows for
    • Separate bolts: Adaptive layer height on the base for a smoother finish, without the need for extra color changes due to the bolts
    • Detachable coaster: provides the ability to use as a coaster when not on display and allows for easier printing without the need of a tall purge block
    • TPU or ABS Insert: I have provided a FICSIT insert that I printed out of TPU. I would suggest printing this out of TPU, ABS or PETG to provide a bit more head resistance to the coffee mug.

Print Profiles:

  • [OPTIMAL] file is for the best print results, with adaptive layer heights, no purging into body, extra walls and infill
  • [REGULAR] file cuts down on print time and filament purge
    • No Adaptive Layer height on base (rougher curve)
    • Purges into coaster body (black infill might be visible on the outside)
    • Less walls
  • If you don't have an AMS, you have two options.
    • Delete the Sub-parts listed under the coaster. These are the little black portions. Then paint the black in.
    • Print the black portions separately and glue them in.

One printed, simply place 8- 6x3mm magnets in the print. 4 in the base, 4 in the coaster with the proper polarities. The coaster will easily snap to the base and is removable with one hand (and some proper angles, see video)

You can buy the official mug from lizarddoggo.com. There is also an STL on here from another creator. NOTE: I did not design the mug model, print it or test it, you must do this if you wish to print and use with my design.
