Came out good. Next batch I print, I will shrink the beak to 99% to see if fits in better. I just used extra glue since didn't push in all the way.

sorry about that im trying to calulate the swelling+shrinking of most filaments but seens asmost like every batch of filament its different as of late. still im glad you like it and winky's came out looking great and if your makeing a next batch watch out befor you know it you will have a army of them hahah. thanks for the rateing and the pic share m8 enjoy the print.

It isn't a problem as I still gave it 5 stars as good design. I do see the different shrinkage based on different brands of filament and colors myself. I just more put my comment so others could be aware. Even at 99% it was still a little big so might go down another % if print another set. They still glue in just fine too. The eyes were a perfect fit and didn't even need glue.

I printed with a X1C and Sunlu PLA+ filament. The beak was a difficult fit, I had to sand them down a bit. But overall a big hit with my Mom, she is 95 years old and loves seeing what these 3d printers can do.

cool im happy your mom approves the winky's :p sorry about the swelling on the beaks every time i make a print in parts i try to keep the tolarance as good as i can in a sculpting program but a little sandpapier can fix alot in this hobby hahah. Thanks for the boost and the pic share m8 the winky's look great. enjoy the prints
