Description

This compact Desktop Air Purifier is designed for the Xtool F1 Laser engraver, minimizing its footprint on your workspace.

Its compact design allows it to fit within the print area of the A1 mini.

It utilizes a readily available standard Miele SF-HA 50 HEPA AirClean or SF-AA 50 filter widely available.

You can search for “SF-HA 50” or find it on Amazon.

Designed for smaller jobs, this purifier won't eliminate all smoke from heavy wood engraving or cutting, but it's perfect for lighter tasks. No more opening windows in winter for small engravings! The filter attaches directly to the back of the Xtool F1, maximizing space efficiency.

Assembly is a press fit, requiring some care to slide the gasket under the small teeth, but once assembled, it's very solid.  Attach the filter body to the engraver, secure it in place by inserting the locking sleeve, and then install the HEPA filter.

Hi. I didn't get an Hepa, but designed an honeycomb shield that let you use a 3 mm filter instead snapping into your case I shall upload it as add on to your pretty job! Thinking to reverse the flange tho, to save the filters without unplugging the structure at every transportation.

How would this work on doing faux leather patches? I want something compact for smaller fairs instead of taking the big X1 air filter with me. Thanks

Never tried it, sorry. But in general I don't think this solution is recommended for professional use like the one you intend to do, or for that type of material and long incisions in general. It was designed for small and light jobs in terms of fumes.

Replying to @lwp.components :
Thanks for the reply, a patch takes about 1 minute to make. We make the majority of them up at home with an exhaust fan, we may make 30 at a fair. I am printing it now so I will give it a test.
