This model is meant for an NIU KQI 100P electric scooter and is to be attached to the lower neck portion of the scooter you will also need a tie down to secure rods in placed up towards handles Example of this would be a Velco strap or bungie other items needs is 5M screw and nut set can order from amazon to secure two pieces of the rod holder together and optional would be to add some sticky sided foam to the inner part that wraps around the neck of scooter feel free to messages suggestions/recommendations so i can attempt to incorporate those ideals into this model
