Description

This part is the piece that the AMS Lite 4 to 1 hub connector needs at the bottom to connect into the Bambu A1 or A1 Mini. The original part from Bambu breaks fairly easily and this is a simple quick replacement. Prints in about 20 min with a 0.2mm nozzle.

You can easily print this replacement part with a 0.2mm nozzle. It will not print properly with a 0.4mm nozzle.

It snaps on right in place of the old one and saves you from having to purchase an entirely new Hub Connector (and waiting 3-10 days for shipping).

I have also included the Fusion 360 file as this was my first attempt at it and it seemed to fit perfectly. I did size the inner pins down a hair from the OEM just to make it an easier fit.

Update 2/27/2025 - I found the bump outs to be a little loose, so I tightened the fillets up a little bit and it is a much more snug fit. I added an updated profile as some people may still want the looser model if they remove it a lot.

Update 3/2/2025 - Added the Bump that was missing from the design to lock in the back half more securely. It will now stay in place much longer.

Note: I removed the earlier version print profiles on 3/6/2025, so that everyone gets the best design that fits perfectly.

Printed easily and worked well but broke when I needed to remove it to clear a clog.

Yes, the v3 Adds a missing bump that I found, which locks it in place much better.

Thanks! I am about to drop an update for this. It is still a little loose (for my perfectionism), so there is going to be a tight version in about 30 minutes :)

I needed this a couple weeks ago. Ended up making a Bambu order and spent an extra $100 just to average down shipping cost. Ill keep this bookmarked for next time!

you may be able to cancel your order. I did the same when I first created this and cancelled it because they had not shipped it yet.

Can you please add also stl file here ?

Just added the STL file in case your Bambu is out of commission and you need it for an older printer to be able to make the part. Remember, it needs a .2mm nozzle as it is too thin for a .4mm nozzle

I coudn't wait sorry. I convert it from Fusion 360 to the stl file but thank you for quick reply. I exactly did like you said with the different printer and I also tried with .4mm nozzle and it works perfectly. Thank you.

This is such a common piece to break. You rock for creating this and saving a lot of folks downtime and costs!

You are welcome! I may make a revision soon as it is a little loose for my perfectionist taste, but it has held in place for me and hasn't snapped yet for over 2 weeks of non-stop prints now.
