Regarding Printing Issues
I utilize an A1 model. Therefore, my configuration files are primarily for the A1, and the arrangement is optimized for individual part printing. Other models are not compatible with the A1's individual part printing settings. The A1 model can use individual part printing directly. Other models use layer-by-layer printing by default. For individual parts that encounter problems, please print them separately!
If the print quality is poor, with significant dimensional inaccuracies, please use dried filament for printing.
When printing toys, especially intricate models like this one, be prepared for some post-processing, such as sanding, as seams and dimensional inconsistencies may occur.
While relatively simple with fewer parts, suitable for beginners, this model still requires a degree of dexterity and problem-solving skills.
The main body can be printed at 0.2mm layer height. Other parts at 0.16mm. You can adjust the strength as needed. I've adjusted the layer height and infill on some components to increase strength.
The model is pre-arranged and ready for printing. However, you can adjust it based on your specific needs.
Required Springs:
15mm length, 3mm diameter, 0.3mm wire diameter
5mm length, 2mm diameter, 0.3mm wire diameter
40mm length, 6mm diameter, 0.5mm wire diameter
30mm length, 5mm diameter, 0.5mm wire diameter
50mm length, 5mm diameter, 0.4mm wire diameter
110mm length, 10mm diameter, 0.6mm wire diameter
If 0.5mm springs are unavailable, whole number alternatives can be used.
The official website has a limited spring selection; these are approximate matches and may require trimming or stretching.
