You will need six M3x30mm socket head fasteners for the main box and lid, four 2x25mm stainless steel dowel pins for the over centre latches and stow-able handle.

The hinges and latches are tamperproof due to the fasteners being on the inside of the box.

There is a secret hidey hole for emergency cash etc.

The lid requires supports for the storable handle section.

All the fasteners screw into the plastic. I used a ball end hex key to screw in the fasteners for easier installation. Do not over tighten the fasteners.

I used these dowel pins that can be found on Bambu Labs maker's supply section.

Internal dimensions are: L112mm W171mm H60mm.

External dimensions are: L121mm W180mm H78.

I recommend the latches be printed with a CF filled polymer or ASA,ABS @100% infill for strength and durability.

NB: All print files are in the correct print orientation.

Happy printing.

could we get some instructions on putting it together? I’ve got it printed but not figuring out how the screws and pins fit into all this.

instructions are honestly terrible. parts instructions are missing a critical dimension as well. m3 x 30 x what? are we supposed to guess…

After doing my research, I realized it’s was a user error. The print turned out great after that.

he supports on the lid failed pretty epically and it seems that have to isolate the clamps and reprint the second set. not the end of the world but it was a mess

Replying to @KH45 :
Hello. I used M3 screws I had on hand and cut nails as pins. I enlarged some holes with a drill. I'm unsure if this is a user error. I had to select and print the missing second locking lever separately.
