Description

Bambu Lab Easy Scraper

This bed scraper is designed to effortlessly remove plastic parts from the plate. With its flat bottom, it makes lifting parts off the bed a breeze. I drew inspiration from a wood block shaver for this design. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Print time is 35 minutes and 18g of material.

Uses stock screws but you will need to use the 2 small spacers on top of the blade .

Also uses stock blade.

You will need a ½ inch 6-32 screw or you could just glue the grip stick to the blade head.

This is by far the BEST version of the Bambu Scraper that you can print. I would make something similar myself, but why bother when this is perfect? I hated using the metal razor with all the other scrapers I printed because the blade always wanted to dig into the print plate coating, BUT NOT WITH THIS SCRAPER! I love it! I'm truly grateful for this product. Thank you. Enjoy my two boosts :D

Cool idea! A few design issues: The screw tolerance for attaching the scraper blade is tight, causing them to scrape the build plate if not fully tightened. It would help if the guide holes on the scraper blade aligned with the handle’s connection bumps to keep it secure. Also, while the scraper handle connects to the printer door handle, it doesn’t slide over to lock in place, requiring removal before using the built-in handle to open the door.

I will have to make these updates. I will have to make the spacers longer so the screws don't rub,. On mine they don't rub you might have longer screws ?

Replying to @jovanmontanez :
Maybe, could be that I tightened them just tight enough to push through and now the plastic spacers are warped

Printed it, didn't have the right screw to put the two pieces together so I took a dremel to a screw that was similar and used that cut screw.

You could also just glue the parts together with crazy glue thats what I do. Thanks for the support.

The blade height is PERFECT!! It glides on top of the build plate resulting in zero damage to the work plate or the print piece. Simple yet sturdy, Kudos to the designer!

The print truly captures a remarkable essence. The details are incredibly intricate and well-executed. It's evident that a great deal of care went into creating such a piece.
