I crafted this lamp for my girlfriend. My work often takes me away, so I can remotely switch it on, letting her know I'm thinking of her. She absolutely adores it and has already found a special place for it.
Inside the lamp, there's a precisely sized compartment for the ESP8266 (see image). This prevents the LEDs from shining through onto the ESP.
I used M3x10mm countersunk screws to fasten the lid.

I hope you appreciate my design. If so, please leave a boost and a like!
I've included a schematic diagram in the images. However, proceed with caution unless you are experienced with electronics. Programming skills are also necessary to integrate the lamp into a smart home system.
If you lack programming expertise, you can, of course, construct and operate the lamp simply using an LED strip with a battery pack. For this, you should adjust the 3mm hole in the back panel in your slicer to avoid cutting any LED strip wires.
Please remember that each individual is solely responsible for their own assembly. I only provide inspiration and bear no liability for your constructions!
When working with electronics, always be certain of your actions, even if it's just wrapping string lights around something!
As mentioned, if this is not the case, hands off!
