Brief Description:

Relive the spirit of the Spartan Races with this exclusive collection of 3D printed coasters. Inspired by the medals earned in these epic challenges, each coaster represents a different Spartan Race: Stadion,Sprint,Super, Beast,Ultra, and the prestigious Trifecta. Perfect for any Spartan Race enthusiast, these coasters are not only practical but also a great conversation piece.

Project Details: 

These coasters were created using a 3D printer to precisely capture the design and details of the Spartan medals. Each coaster is colored to represent a specific race:

• Yellow for the Stadion
• Red for the Sprint
• Blue for the Super,
• Green for the Beast
• Purple for the Ultra
• Combination of Red, Green, and Blue for the Trifecta.

Also included in the project is a 3D printable black container to keep the coasters organized and protected when not in use. The finish is durable and designed for everyday use.

Creation Process:

1. Design: The models were designed in CAD, using the actual medals' measurements and details as a reference.
2. Printing: Printing was done using multicolored PLA filaments on advanced 3D printers like the BambuLab AMS or alternatively, Prusa’s MMU. A light amount of surface glue was applied to the print bed to ensure excellent first layer adhesion.

User Instructions: 

To keep the coasters in optimal condition, it is recommended to clean them with a damp cloth and avoid direct exposure to sunlight or high temperatures.

Included in the project are the 3mf files for each coaster, ready for download and printing.
