You probably need to adjust your flush settings for switching between filaments. If you have your filament type and color set correctly, there's a button in Bambu studio to auto-calculate how much to flush. 

model is nice, but it is first time printing with ams, not sure why yellow layers in the duck are a bit dark where the eyes/nose is?
you can see it on the back clearly
