This looks great, are you able to separate the heart on its tail, to make that printable separately? So it could slot or push onto a pin/nipple from the tail?

X1C with Textured PEI plate (freshly cleaned, too) Super cute print! I used the separate heart with join pin print profile and I had issues with the print head crashing into the heart, causing it to separate from the plate. I tried putting a standard little brim on it, but the default 5mm wasn't enough. I tried with 10mm, still detached before I knew what was happening, then tried 20mm of brim. Layer 195 of 244, it crashed first and started to pull away, but I was optimistic it wouldn't do it again... but it did, every layer. Finally layer 202 it pulled off completely... it jammed itself in pretty deep, it seemed. Attempt # 5 for the heart is currently in progress, using gyroid infill... which I should have set initially. Fingers crossed! 🤞

choose brim in and out and use support inside the pin hole and you will be ok. let me know if it work

My 5th attempt did work perfectly, as it appears the default infill is what caused my head-crashing grief. I usually change it, but I managed to not even think about it this time around. Did not need any support inside the pin hole directly, as that is a tiny gap to bridge. Curious, since cylinders generally aren't great when printed top to bottom (poor strength), could the pin be separated from the tail and printed separately and horizontally, instead? My pin broke immediately when the kitty mistakenly got dropped from a short height. ☹️
