I needed some case to mount a solar panel outside and this is what I came up with.
The project uses M3 screws and inserts, the leg needs eight 6mm m3 inserts, and the top plate four 3mm ones. There are 2 screw covers, one designed for hex screws with pin inside and one hollow to fit any type of screw.
Bottom mount uses M5 bolt with nut.
Printed with PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer and 15% infill. The screw cover was printed with 0.2mm nozzle and 0.08mm layer.
Mount can be attached via 4 M3 screws or using the bottom plate which allows rotation.
Current base is wide for 145x145mm (3W) panel and the bottom mount will fit into holes being 62mm apart. If you need different size for the panel or different size of the bottom round mount let me know and I will add the size to the profile.
