I downloaded and printed without changing any settings. the lip inside the top section is a couple mm smaller than the bottom puck holder section, so it's not a tight fit. makes the top piece loose and easily tipped. not sure if I should've adjusted anything but would recommend scaling that to fit better. otherwise a gorgeous print!

yeah it’s intentionally loose as the shade is thin so a tight press fit sometimes broke it in testing. felt it being tipped wasn’t a huge issue for a static lamp vs having to reprint if it broke on insertion. something for me to consider going forward though so thanks for feedback.

I totally get that. It could probably be about 4mm wider and be a little more stable while still being loose. The wall thickness on just that lower lip would probably be ok to make a little thicker for strength too, since it's not visible. I do still really like this design though, it's really pretty.

yeah the base part could be thickened. the rest of it needs to stay thin so there is no infill pattern to mess the light diffusion up. I’ll bear that in mind for the future 👍

Figured I’d print a whole set. I’m really impressed with this lamp design- The wave pattern and vibrant teal color looks amazing and the black base, it’s a perfect contrast. Stylish, modern, and adds a unique touch to my space. Very satisfied!

huge gaps betweem uppsr and lower part... seems they are from two different projects...not liking it...

no. single project. no idea what you mean by the huge gaps. sorry can’t really help when you’re not being clear with the issue. many happy completed prints so perhaps you’ve scaled something if you’re getting a sizing issue. thanks anyway.
