Description

Update: I've since made these tracks in more compact layouts incase anyone is interested:

Per Cup!

All in One!

I also have a collection going to easily see all other tracks I've Made (Super Mario Kart, Double Dash, N64, and future tracks)

Track Displays

<hr>

Super happy with how these have come out, my Mario Kart 64 track display!

All tracks can be modularly put together, as the backs have symmetrical connector slots, see below for connectors, also see pictures to see the Special cup to show you can connect them in a non-standard grid, each track is 16cm x 16cm.

connectors have no outside groove, so singular panels look good without any edges cut out. Connectors are a tight fit to ensure they stay together, I recommend push the connectors into one of the panels while face down on a flat surface, using the back of a pen/pencil saved my fingers from having to push too firmly.

The stands themselves have arrows on the bottom side pointing to the front, as they're slightly shorter on the backside to allow for connectors at the back:

Added per request: Wall Hanger!

Designed to hang up tracks that are two or more wide. The hanger has been designed so that it can be hidden by using one of the Cup Symbols, see below:

(Will fit any screw with a diameter of less than 5mm, have countersunk a section to keep the head profile low.)

There are four profiles uploaded:

  • Full AMS version as shown in pictures in Mushroom, Flower and Star Cups
  • Dual Colour version as shown in pictures in Special Cup, this would be printable by pausing after layer 5 then swapping filament.
  • Full AMS version, with custom ironing settings, see picture below
  • Dual Colour version, with custom ironing settings, see picture below

Planning on doing the SNES tracks next if anyone is interested!

I love that aesthetic! looks like the water on the map! not sure if you changed anything in the settings but, I can see that the track has sections that didn't quite join; did you leave the Outer Wall line width at 0.3mm (found in Quality > Line Width) and detect thin walls on (found in Strength > Walls) you might find those settings appear if you turn on Developer Mode in Preferences at the top of Bambu Studio. The Ironing looks good most of the way through, only a little under extruded at the side with the blue, Could bump up the extrusion percentage slightly if you want. Overall though I really like that color scheme!

no I didn’t change anything but elefant foot on my printer there is always issues with first layer and I do 0.2 in elefant foot to avoid it, also on my printer 80mm/s and 35% better and more smooth

I'd bet Bowsers Castle would look pretty cool in the style of making the background match the track background like you did with the water

Yes, if you open the profile in the slicer, and then save the slicer settings as your own settings with a custom name like "Iron P1S 0.4 xxx" or sth like that. But you need to save the slicer settings, not the printer settings.

That looks awesome! I did see those battle maps, they're so nice. Also, love the rainbow road text! did that take 2 AMS's?
