4 Color Key Outline files; If you plan on doing two people plus both visited and not visited and want it to be a color other than the background so it stands out better
*Optional; Only needed if you plan to store the non-used at the time Locations in the back of the blocks so you have them ready to swap when you visit a another Locations
**You will need to print 1 color of each Locations for each person (up to 2 people), a separate color for Locations you both have visited and an optional additional color for Locations not yet visited if you don’t want to see the holes in the blocks.

0.2mm layer height, no supports
Instructions:
Step 1
Open the .3mf file into Bambu Studio and select the plate that has the Key you plan to utilize for your map (Plate 11, 12, 13/14, 15)
Step 2
Under the Object tab right click on “Text 1” for the key you will utilize then select “Edit Text” from the dropdown menu
Step 3
From the text dropdown menu that appears you will want to enter a size that fits the name on the face of the key (since these print face down you may need to use your mouse to rotate around the build plate to see the text). Set thickness to 0.01, embedded depth to 1.00 and Input Text to the name or word you plan to use for the first state color

Repeat step 2 & 3 for the additional Text available for the key you opted to utilize

If using for only one person, recommend using the 3 Color Key, right clicking on the Text 3 from the Objects tab and selecting Delete from the dropdown menu. You can follow steps 2 and 3 to change Text 1 to “Visited” and Text 2 to “Not Visited”

If using for only one person, you can click on the color swatch next to the 3rd Key Color under the Objects tab for the 3 Color Key and change it to color 1 (your background color, so it only shows two colors)

Print all necessary parts

Lay Block 1 on its face then slide a peg in each hole on the left side (4 peg total). Make sure the Peg holes are facing horizontally and not vertically. Slide a Pin through Block 1 & the Peg hole for each Peg. The Pin goes thinner sides vertical (4 Pins total)
Step 9
Slide Block 2 into the Pegs sticking out of Block 1 then place pins through the holes in Block 2 and the Pegs (4 Pins total)
Step 10
Repeat Steps 1 & 2 for Blocks 3 & 4
Step 11
Add Pegs across the top of the Block 2 / 3 assembly and add Pins for each (12 Pegs total)

Slide the Block 1 / 2 assembly into the Pegs of the Block 3 / 4 assembly and add Pins (12 Pins total)
Step 13
Stand the map up and place a Locations on the front side of the map with the bracket(s) going through the holes of the map. While holding the Locations in place, slide a Clip over the bracket that protrudes through the backside of the map.
Step 14
Repeat step 6 for remaining territories and Key

*Optional: Territories you may need in the future can be stored in the back of each Block

*Optional: If storing territories in the back of the Blocks, place a Back on each Block and slide a Clip down onto each bracket that protrudes through the Back. Repeat for other 3 Blocks
Step 17
*Optional: If mounting on a wall, use the appropriate tools to put two screws, slight protruding out from the wall approximately 9.92”/252mm apart then hang the map using the screw mount holes onto the screws in the wall
