To create this model I tested using an AI 3d model tool (Meshy) to get it started and then made a few tweaks (mostly the base) so that it would work in the aquarium.
I painted it using Acrylic paint, and then added a sealant to the top (it is supposed to be safe, and after 3 months or so nothing has died, so that's a win).
One interesting challenge is that you need to fill it with water so that it won't float to the top. I drilled some holes in the top and used a pretty open infill pattern and it seemed to work just fine. You may want to experiment with makint it taller, it looks good, but a little shorter than perfect.
