This is a liquid soap dispenser limiting devise.  I am not sure about you, but my young kids use way too much soap to wash their hands.  This clip is designed for the liquid (Gel) soap dispenser for Meyers.  The inside diameter is 9.45mm and 5mm tall.

I have designed it to be printed in PETG to allow me to keep it tight on the pump and prevent kids from easily removing it.
