"I enjoy repairing vintage hi-fi equipment, so when I disassemble amplifiers, tuners, recorders, etc., I need a sturdy, practical, and ergonomic container to place the various screws and small parts I remove from the device.
The market is full of various types of containers, but I haven't found any that suit my needs, so I created this container, which might also be useful to someone else.
The main feature of this container is its sturdiness; both the bottom and the internal walls are 1.5 mm thick, while the perimeter is 2 mm, and the lid has a thickness of 1.8 mm.
What you see in the pictures has a white PLA bottom, transparent PLA internal walls, and a gray PLA lid, all printed without using AMS, but anyone can print it however they like.
The lid has a small groove to fit into the container and a small tab to lift the lid. I didn’t add locks or hinges because I prefer to use a nice elastic band to securely close the lid."
Normally I glue numbers in each space and in the big one I put a small piece of paper with a picture of the equipment with the numbering of where I removed the screw or component.
For the lid I recommend 4 walls to make it more rigid
170 x 170 x 25 mm
