The coolest darn Brio track device. Makes it feel more like a real train. A few things. See the pictures for how to load the color circles. On one side it's Red, Blank, Blank, Green. On the other side is it Blank, Green, Red, Blank. And the white plug goes in the arm. The plugs fit pretty well. Now the sad part here, this requires glue. The way I printed it, the tabs just didn't hold. I know most of you love super glue, but really Gloop for PLA is the best way to do this.

you could replace the black parts and achieve this? (although you would need another layer of lights / extra height on the signal to accomadate the extra lights if you wanted to achieve a stop light aswell? 

I was thinking two separate signals. You wouldn't need to change the design at all, just print one with red and green and the other yellow (instead of the red) and green.

Just for your pics really, and realism. I've been a train driver for a long time so it stood out straight away, lol.

It would be even more realistic if you made it as a set, one with green and yellow (distant signal) and one with the green and red (stop signal). Might be a bit much for a toy set tho, lol.

Standard 0.16mm print optimal. &nbsp;Second plate is currently setup for a AMS, it prints by object to reduce waste. This can be adjusted for No AMS

The original design is amazing, so well thought out and executed. For children to play with this, I added reinforcement to the signal stand and the area around the insertion point. I also added a touch of color. Because this is pretty much done by layer, there isn&#39;t a lot of waste for filament switching. &nbsp;Reinforcement was higher number of loops, and higher infill. &nbsp;Because the signal is printed face down, a smooth plate is a better choice than textured. &nbsp;The signal requires glueing. I used Gloop for PLA - a type of glue that actually melts the PLA and bonds it together. Super glue is an option, but won&#39;t hold nearly as well. &nbsp;I used Bambu PLA filament. Matte Desert Tan, Sparkle Slate Gray, Basic Red and White. &nbsp;To assemble the signal panel, on one side, insert, Green, Blank, Blank, Red. Then on the other side, insert Blank, Green, Red, Blank. To get the gearing action to work correctly, insert the “light” panel all the way at the bottom, and the arm fully extended to the top. Move the lever up and down a few times to make sure the “lights” move all the way up and down.

Reinforced and Colored Track

I created this train signal with a geared lever to give a more realistic look and feel.  The signal is printed in seperate parts so No AMS is required. &nbsp;Assembly required4 x Black circles2 x Green circles 2x Red circles &nbsp;These are inserted int a sliding shelf, with the black circles blocking visibility from the other side. &nbsp;The Lid is a press fit and unfortunately may break if removed. &nbsp;
