There is a bit of a Hollow Knight obsession at my house and I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to learn some new skills in OnShape. I searched online and learned that all the other models are garbage so I made my own (my search was not extensive and heavily biased).
The mask fits a bit big on the “youths” in my home 11-16, but also fits my head (with a bit of chin showing). You can experiment with scaling it to suit your needs. This is my 2nd version of it and benefits from many changes to how I set it up to print, but it still takes about 15 hours for the main part.
We used some hot glue to put some black fabric on the inside for the eyes and it seems to work well. You may also want a little glue on the horns to keep them steady (but it fits snugly without it)
