Description

This shoe dryer sits, fits and hangs off of various radiators and holds both shoes with it's hollow towers. The towers encourage hot air from the radiator to go into the shoes to dry them quicker and more efficiently getting them ready to be worn again fast!

It fits many types and thicknesses of radiators as can be seen in the picture and holds your shoes on securely while drying simply by slipping them onto the towers.

Assembly can be achieved simply by gluing the towers in, or by also screwing them together as in the print profile models. I added the screws in after for extra security but they are not present on the dryer in the photos showing that it works perfectly with or without them.

I would suggest printing in PETG to reduce the risk of deforming as it will be exposed to hot radiators.

printed nicely in petg, currently drying my boots, perhaps a version with hex holes for m3 nuts would be good?

Good idea but I think if you recommend using a strong filament like carbon fibre PETG than that would be good because it could be prone to warping

Thanks for the feedback. I don't have any carbon fibre to try but had no issue with mine. Perhaps my radiators run a bit cooler than yours do. I guess if you have a screaming hot one it could be an issue. Please let me know if you try the carbon fibre out and how it works out. Thanks!

Okay I was just thinking it could happen over time with it’s thin walls but I guess the thinnest part is further away from the radiator. nice design btw
