Description

Hello everyone,

I have vectorised a technical drawing of one of the first 3D printing patents and made it printable with a 0.4 nozzle.

IMPORTANT:

  • The illustration is very detailed, so slicing can take up to 5-10 minutes!

  • Please note the settings in the screenshot

If you have any problems, just write to me

Do you like it? Then I would be very happy about a boost.

I love your patent design! Would you be able to do one for a vacuum? I'm going to boost one of your models now

You have a typo in the patent number. should end in B2, not 32 as shown in your picture.

This is very cool! I'm a retired patent attorney, if the technology had existed back when I was actively practicing and I had your skills, it would have been fun to print up one of these for a client after their patient was approved. I wrote my own patent a long time ago that ended up not getting commercialized, but I'm still proud of it and would love to display it, is it difficult design a print like this for it?

Hi, it all depends on the motif. Motifs that have small complex structures, such as a net, are quite difficult to vectorise. However, I would be happy to try this for you if you send me a link to the patent or (even better) a photo in high resolution. Best regards
