Description

This is a print-in-place box to store a set of dices as well as a miniature.

The model is customizable in order to change the sizes of the dices, the size of the miniature as well as the logo on the top of the box.

It is also possible to customize the texture of the walls.

Customization parameters:

Size of the miniature
- Enter the size as if the miniature was standing as [x,y,z] values.
- Set the size to [0,0,0] to create a box for dices only.
Sizes of all the dices
- See the “About dices measurement” section
Option to add a second D20
Customize the logo on the lid
- Upload any .svg file. THe one used in the uploaded model can be downloaded for free here.
- The logo can be reshaped and moved
Option to customize the texture of the walls
- See the BOSL2 library documentation for more information on the various available textures as well as text_size and text_rot parameters
- Unfortunately “Parametric model maker” servers do not handle this option very well as this increases greatly the rendering time. To use this, you may need to install OpenScad, the BOSL2 library and run the script locally.

About dices measurement

The dices shall be measured as shown on the following images :

The default values as well as the uploaded profile fit default-sized dices, corresponding to the measurements shown on the previous image.

this dice holder is awesome! it prints really well with no issues for the hinges. its a bit tight to close and open but do it 10-15 times and it’s the perfect click without being too loose or hard. one thing I had an issue with closing the lid and mixing up the D20 and D12 slot. if you have that issue just swap those! (see picture for correct dice order)

beautiful print but really hard to open once closed. I figure I will be sanding for a bit.

Yes, you can customize dices' size by clickin the Customize button (you can not do that from Bambu Handy). Check the description, everything should be there. Let me know if you have any question!
