Description

M12 Fuel Jigsaw insert for Packout drawers

Insert will fit either 2 or 3 drawer packout system and there are designs for both left or right side

there is storage space for dust extractor tube, clear blade guard and small storage below the blade storage, the top compartment is for blades and will fit blades upto 152mm long, the top is just a basic lid that is held in place by friction alone and is just to stop blades bouncing out while in transport it does not click into place for a secure closure (I may try design something later), there is space for batteries, In the photo I have added my M12 6Ah battery support which is available as a seperate download

There is space below the handle for ease of removal and can also store some small packs of blades if required

The print came out great & the design is spot on. Made a slight adjustment to mine with a dremel as I use my jigsaw for coping & the shoe didn’t quite fit in the slot. Thanks!

That’s next on my list to print, I had both the router & jigsaw in foam but this has been a great addition to the drawers, so thanks again.

I learned this the hard way, but there are 2 M12 Jigsaws and this print is for the 2545-20. But the print came out great and if had the other jigsaw, it'd be sitting nicely in its drawer right now

I'm sure you didn't know there were 2 different jigsaws, I know I didn't. I'm going to see if I can make some cuts to see if I can get mine to fit.

yes there are 2 M12 jigsaws the older one and the new Fuel jigsaw, I did list it as the M12 Fuel Jigsaw but again apologise for the confusion

Really awesome print, looks like they must have updated the dust collection tube as the one I just purchased will not fit in the slot. Regardless, super awesome work!

sorry to hear the dust collector doesn't fit but thanks for the feedback... I don't have that dust collector and have to access to it to adjust the model but will make a note on the download for others

found out that the dust collector tube is not an update it's a regional thing, they are different shapes in different regions not an update.... seems very strange 🤔

Could you upload the CAD file? I would like to remix to fit a packout compact organizer.

Are you planning on making one for the m18 jigsaw?

not at the moment as I only have the old M18 body grip, if/when I get the new fuel I may look into it but still got loads of other tools to work through
