Description

The current Sunlu reusable spools are narrower and shorter than Bambu Lab's reusable spools which can lead to issues in the AMS. I have increased the diameter to match Bambu Lab's spools to help provide better contact with the AMS rollers. I have also increased the width to match the average width of my Bambu spools which helps with the wobble that I was previously experiencing.

Anti-rotation lock fits into one of the three large openings in the side of the spool

The two remaining large openings remain free for accessories such as an RFID holder

When using Bambu Lab refills with the Sunlu spools, you will no longer need the extra width of the adapter and can use the thin side on both sides of the spool to increase the diameter.

I've printed several others & could never figure out they wouldn't work they were way to wide,until I read your comment below & the light bulb went off. I was using a Bambu refill and needed to use 2 of the thin rings now things are much better!

printed fine, however it caused the spool to spin weird and jam almost instantly. Might not be compatible with the ams snag saver I have in use

I was so foolish, refilling Bambu twice with small Sunlu original adapters without expansion rings Top print, super fast =)

Are you using a bambu refill in the sunlu spool? If so, you'll want to only use the two thin ends.
