Description

After using the AMS feeder savers i found most designs seem to cause feeder jams when feeding from the edge of the spools due to the head catching up in spool slots and holes.

I designed these discs / Lollipop shaped heads so that there is no corners or other edges that can jam up in the spools.

Should be a firm fit on standard Bambu PTFE tubes, and use with AMS feeder savers such as this one from 3D-Vizja

I’m having the same issue with AMS overloads. any chance you could split this design in half so we could add some material to clean the filament? or is that already possible with this one somehow? thank you! this looks like a great solution :)

hi, im not really sure its thick enough but if you wanted to do that you could probably get a small square of gauze or similar pad and put it before the saver, wrapped around the filament with something like a garbage bag wire tie. the filament would be dragged through the cleaning pad as it enters the saver.
