Updated February 7, 2025: The eyes have been redesigned as separate pieces based on user feedback

Introducing a charming knitted Dragonair! This model offers both a print-in-place version and a multi-part version suitable for marker coloring

Lacking blue and white filament, I've substituted gray. However, the multi-part model has been tested and assembles perfectly

Awesome model and print! Note to designer: You have the eyes/pupils swapped on the black/white color plates (at least from how it is in your pictures). I printed with white eyes and black “pupils” and my kids said he looked really surprised, LOL. See both pics below. Used an A1 with 0.4. Polymaker Panchroma Matte Lotus pink for the shiny version with painted gold accents.

If you want to print using all colors, follow this: 1. Download the multipart version 2. split the model into objects and separate them. 3. Cut a hole in both of the tail donuts a. select the big tail donut b. right-click it and click on add negative c. choose cylinder and make the scaling to where the x and y dimensions are 7.5 mm d. scale it to make the cylinder taller (doesn't matter how tall but must be at least taller than the donut - i used 20mm) e. either align the cylinder into the middle by eye (what I did) or click on both parts aand right click then click on center. then select both and drag anywhere. f. select both the negative and the donut and right click. click on mesh boolean g. repeat these steps for the smaller one (use 5.5mm) i. glue the donuts together (or dont and they can slip on and off) 4. Create eyes a. make a sphere - right click and click add primitive -> sphere b. cut it twice (i click on cut and didn't move anything

Truly lovely I adore the style and the fact that it's two part I would have liked separate eyes but I will have to be patient and paint them In any case magnificent work

Awesome Dragonair Print! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Knitted Dragonair model is amazing! The knitted texture looks great, and it prints really well. I love that it comes in both a one-piece print and a multi-part version, so you can choose what works best. The separate parts are a great update, making them easier to print and paint. It prints smoothly! Highly recommend for any Pokémon fan or 3D printing enthusiast! 🔥
