This NeilMed bottle dryer stand is designed to be functional, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to clean. The open space under the main bottle gives easy and complete access for cleaning. Designed with no overhangs for easy printing without supports. The cutout on the underside of the tube holder has 45-degree notch to ensure its printability. It's sweeping curves move it from the utilitarian, ugly look the NeilMed stand.
Note: Halfway thru tweaking the design for printability, I had one print (out of six) that caused a little wobble. I slowed the print speed. If you get something like this:
,
reduce speeds a little more in the speed tab. My speed settings are below. Also note, I printed this on a P1S. The A1 series may need to be slowed more since bed movement may cause more wobble. If you print using an A1 or an A1 Mini please leave a comment and pic so we can all tell if works!
This is only a caution if you have problems. I changed the design several times after this single print issue. The overall stiffening may have eliminated wobble at stock PLA and PETG speeds.
